Cohort Transfer Policy – Elite Courses

Each program cohort has a set start and end date. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing the program with your assigned cohort, you may request a cohort transfer. As of July 21st, 2025, a $250 administrative fee is required to cover the cost of administrative processing. This policy allows us to maintain program quality and continue delivering a high-value experience to all learners. If you wish to transfer, you will be asked to complete an online transfer request form, including a brief explanation for your request. After submission, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps and the next available cohort. Please note, cohort transfer seats are limited, and availability may result in a delay of up to 6 to 12 months.

2. Experience Amen WHOLE-4 (if needed)

If you're new to Amen WHOLE-4, you'll first complete the program yourself.
Current graduates skip this step.

3. Become Certified

Complete Amen WHOLE-4 Licensed Trainer Certification and demonstrate your readiness to lead.

4. Launch Your First Cohort

Using your toolkit, marketing resources, and ongoing support, launch your first Amen WHOLE-4 program.
