Coaching Elite Brain Health Certification Course Enrollment Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Amen University (“University”) and the undersigned student (“Student”).
By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and the policies in the Student Handbook (latest version), which are incorporated by reference.
Program Description & Commitment
You are enrolling in Amen University’s Coaching Elite Brain Health Certification Program, a 5-month, cohort-based online brain health training designed for health coaches, wellness professionals, fitness trainers, educators, presenters, speakers, influencers, and anyone with an interest in brain health. No prior neuroscience experience is required.
- Format: Online Learning. Approximately 95% asynchronous (self-paced lessons) and 5% synchronous (live mentor/cohort sessions). Two modules will be released every other week. You will be able to complete the modules at your own pace within the 5-month timeframe allowing built-in flexibility for busy professionals.
- Commitment: You will be responsible for your commitment to learning, ensuring that all your learning is complete within the 5-month timeframe. Plan to dedicate approximately 2–4 hours per week (or about 20 minutes per day) to your coursework.
- Cohort: Students begin and end with their assigned group during cohort specific start and stop dates.
- Goal: This program equips coaches with the latest neuroscience tools, brain-healthy nutrition strategies, and coaching techniques to help clients optimize their brain health and achieve sustainable, long-term improvements in cognitive and emotional well-being within the boundaries of their licensure (if applicable), scope of practice, and state law.
- Accreditation: This program is not yet accredited by accrediting agencies.
- By checking the box, you acknowledge that you are aware that this program is a 5-month commitment inclusive of at least 3 scheduled breaks.
Eligibility
- The Elite Brain Health Coaching Certification (EBHCC) is a premier mental health coach training program. This immersive course combines advanced brain health content, interactive learning, and a cohort-based model to equip you with the tools to implement the Amen Clinics Method™ in your coaching practice effectively.
- Designed for health coaches, wellness professionals, fitness trainers, educators, presenters, speakers, influencers, and anyone with an interest in brain health.
- No prior neuroscience experience, certifications, or degree is required.
Course Technology
- All courses at Amen University are delivered online.

- A computer or mobile device with a camera
- A reliable internet connection
- Students are responsible for ensuring their technology meets all course requirements.

Amen University provides limited technical support, which includes:
- Help accessing the course platform

Technical support does not include:
- Desktop or device troubleshooting (e.g., computer freezes, browser problems)
- Help with third-party websites
- Support for non-Amen University products or services
Graduation Requirements
To earn certification, students must (all details in the Student Handbook):
- Watch all required pre-recorded module videos lessons.
- Attend 3 of 5 offered live mentor sessions (or view recordings and submit a completion form if time zone constraints exist or work scheduling difficulty).
- Important: It is imperative to be on time to Mentor live sessions. Zoom call waiting rooms close 15 minutes after starting time to allow for focused uninterrupted learning.
- Complete quizzes with 100%. (retakes allowed at no extra cost)
- Score 80% or higher on module knowledge checks and the 50-question final exam (retakes allowed at no extra cost).
- Actively participate in community discussions 1 post and 1 reply per module (20 modules total)

You agree to:
- Maintain professional, respectful behavior in all program spaces.
- Avoid solicitation, self-promotion, or medical advice within the course community.
- Protect the online learning community by reserving it for positive learning discussions only, directing all grievance to support@amenuniversity.com.
- Keep all information confidential (respecting HIPAA standards).
- Avoid any language or representation that implies affiliation or employment with Amen Clinics or Amen University.
Scope of Practice & Boundaries
- This program is educational only and does not authorize you to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or act outside your licensed scope.
- Integration of the Amen Method is permitted only within your professional scope and according to state law and ethics.
- This certification does not create an employment, partnership, or endorsement relationship.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Tuition is due in full or via an installment plan as chosen at checkout.
- Refunds: 30-day full refund from the date of enrollment. After 30 days, tuition is non-refundable.
Cohort Transfer
- Transfers from one cohort to another will be subject to Amen University's sole discretion.
- Students unable to complete the program with their original cohort may request a one-time transfer to a later cohort, subject to seat availability.
- Administrative fee: $250 (effective July 21, 2025).
- To sustain the program, transfers beyond one request are not available. Students will need to re-register to begin with a new cohort at the current tuition rate.
Confidentiality.
- At times, students may be invited and encouraged to share personal and/or private information with others. You agree not to disclose this information to others. By sharing such information, you acknowledge that Amen University is not responsible for ensuring that others maintain the confidentiality of such information and you agree not to hold AU liable or otherwise responsible for the disclosure of such information.
Intellectual Property
- All Elite course materials are the property of Amen University and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or modified.
- After certification, you may use the title:“Elite Brain Health Coach.”
- You may not present yourself as a representative or partner of Amen Clinics or Amen University.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of California.
- Any dispute shall be resolved first through informal resolution, then mediation, and if unresolved, binding arbitration in Costa Mesa, California.
- By checking the box, you agree that you have received and agree with the Terms and Service.
Entire Agreement
This document and the Student Handbook form the entire agreement between you and Amen University. No verbal statements may modify these terms.
Complaint or Grievance Procedure. All student concerns should be first directed to the mentors/peers involved. If no resolution is forthcoming, a written complaint shall be submitted to support@amenuniversity.com. Personnel from the leadership team will address the complaint in writing.
Acknowledgment & Signature
I understand and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and all related policies.
Clinician Elite Brain Health Certification Enrollment Agreement

Program Description & Commitment
You are enrolled in Amen University’s Clinician Elite Brain Health Certification Program, an 8-month, cohort-based online brain health training designed for healthcare professionals.
- Format: Online Learning. Approximately 95% asynchronous (self-paced lessons) and 5% synchronous (live mentor/cohort sessions). Two modules will be released every other week. You will be able to complete the modules at your own pace within the 8-month timeframe allowing built in flexibility for busy professionals.
- Commitment: You will be responsible for your commitment to learning, ensuring that all your learning is complete within the 8-month timeframe. Plan to dedicate approximately 2–4 hours per week (or about 20 minutes per day) to your coursework.
- Cohort: Students begin and end with their assigned group during cohort specific start and stop dates.
- Goal: This program is designed for clinicians to integrate the Amen Method, cutting-edge neuroscience tools, SPECT imaging information, and the BRIGHTMINDS framework into their practice. It provides strategies to assess, diagnose, and treat brain health issues, helping to improve patient outcomes within the boundaries of their licensure, scope of practice, and state law.
- Accreditation: This program is not yet accredited by accrediting agencies.
- By checking the box, you acknowledge that you are aware that this program is an 8-month commitment inclusive of at least 5 scheduled breaks.
Eligibility
- The Clinical track is limited to licensed healthcare professionals: licensed healthcare providers including medical doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, social workers, chiropractors, counselors, addiction specialists, and other wellness professionals working in clinician settings with patients.
- Students enrolled in a degree program leading to a clinical license are also eligible.
- By checking the box, you acknowledge that you are a healthcare professional or medical student.
Course Technology
- All courses at Amen University are delivered online.

- Complete quizzes with 100%. (retakes allowed at no extra cost)
- Score 80% or higher on module knowledge checks and the 100-question final exam (retakes allowed at no extra cost).
- Actively participate in community discussions 1 post and 1 reply per module (32 modules total)

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by HMP Education and Amen Clinics Inc. HMP Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
PHYSICIANS
HMP Education designates this Internet Enduring Activity for a maximum of 50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
PHARMACY
This Internet Enduring Activity, knowledge-based activity (Universal Activity Number JA0006201-9999-25-037-H01-P) has been approved for a maximum of 50 contact hours (5 CEUs).
Note: The certificate is not the official record of your participation in the activity. The official record of credit will be the information in the CPE Monitor system. Following the ACPE Policy, credit must be transmitted to NABP through CPE Monitor within 60 days from the date you complete this CPE activity.
NURSES
This continuing nursing education Internet Enduring Activity, awards 50 contact hours. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #18006 for 50 contact hours.
NURSE PRACTITIONERS
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Program accepts AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
PSYCHOLOGISTS

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs. This enduring activity awards 50 CE Credits.
SOCIAL WORKERS
As a Jointly Accredited Provider, HMP Education is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. HMP Education maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this Internet Enduring Course will receive 50 continuing education credits.

PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATES/ASSISTANTS
HMP Education has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with the AAPA CME Criteria. This Internet Enduring Course is designated for 50 AAPA Category 1 credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
Activity Format: 95% asynchronous, on-demand pre-recorded video lectures, readings, and quizzes at your own pace and 5% synchronous, virtual calls with live cohort sessions to enhance interaction, collaboration, and real-time feedback.
Estimated time to complete: Approximately 8 months, with two modules released every other week. This program requires an estimated 2-4 hours per week.
To be eligible for documentation of credit for each session attended, learners must participate in the activity, including the pop quizzes, post-module assessments, and a final exam with a minimum score of 80% (retakes allowed) and complete the activity evaluation. Participants who complete the evaluation online within active dates of the training will receive documentation of credit. Your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or settings of your browser do not allow for a new tab/window to open.
Once a certificate has been claimed, physicians and pharmacists may elect for credits to be submitted on their behalf to their boards via additional fields that will appear within the Claim Certificate page. Credits must be submitted through this process to be reported to the American Board of Surgery and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
